Any clannie or sub may participate in any event with ONE of their charas. For example if you have two charas in the clan you may only use one to submit a valid entry. Also Subs you can participate in any event as well as long as you are not hosting or part of the actual event.
I hope this clears up any misunderstands. Any Questions relating to this you may ask either myself or mannyshadow.
