Riot Armor?

Whats the deal with this Riot Armor i been seeing? I like it and i want it but i dont know how :/ anyone got any ideas?

the riot set is a premium item they sometimes do promos for them and then players will sell them but it is a very good set and can be a bit costly checking trade list or bazaars in both shinjuku babel and home 3 maybe you can find pieces of it

Phhh that sucks I only got like 20-30k now :/ no way i can afford the new stuff ;3; oh well ill get some cards or something im sure there is a store around the base that has them

Most I got is still the Newb Clothes I got from Start... + Extra Stuff I add'd on after that... lik gloves, earring, rings, etc... nothin 2 change my current look.. cause I wanna add stuff 2 my equip.. not upgrade it.... -Yet- lol...
